How to Use Content-Aware in Photoshop CS5

Photoshop CS5 introduced a new feature of Content-Aware Fill tool which has reduced all of our effort to remove an object without affecting the background. See the Magic below

Content-Aware Fill 
                                                                                                      

  Step 1 : Create the duplicate Layer by clicking Ctrl + J
Step 2 : Select the LASSO tool for selecting the unwanted Image or Ctrl + Shift + L
Step 3 : Select  the unwanted Image

Step 4 : Select Edit > Fill or Shift + F5, below Pop window will prompt and Select first drop down menu and find Content-Aware option and click OK. 

Now you can see the magic,  unwanted image got removed without affecting the background. Really Superb !!!!

Step 1 : Create the duplicate Layer by clicking Ctrl + J

Step 2 : Click the "Quick Selection Tool" from Left side pane and select the Image, It will shown as below


 Step 3 : Click the Select > Inverse from Menu bar or Shift+Ctrl+I , It will shown as below


Step 4 : Click the Select > Modify > Expand and will prompt to expand the selection by pixels shown as below



Step 5 : Select Edit > Fill or Shift + F5, below Pop window will prompt and Select first drop down menu and find Content-Aware option and click OK. 


 Step 6 : Now you can see the magic



Spot Healing Brush Tool with Content-Aware

Step 1 : Create the duplicate Layer by clicking Ctrl + J

Step 2 : Select the "Spot Healing Brush Tool" from left side pane
  

Step 3 : Please ensure Content-Aware option is selected on top pane

Step 4 : Draw the line above the image where you want to remove. On the below image I have removed the yellow line on that road. COOL !!!!!!!!
